I have a passion for working with adults 18+ who are struggling with depression, anxiety, panic, relationship issues, women's health, grief, trauma, self-esteem, life transitions and many other struggles. With 10+ years of counseling experience, My goal is to help you feel more in control of your lives by cultivating self-awareness, processing emotions, problem-solving, and replacing unsupportive coping skills with healthier strategies. Together we explore and identify the underlying thoughts and emotions that drive these behaviors while working at your pace. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? Together we can support in gaining hope, a healthy way to manage life stress, learning new skills to improve relationships and communication, and many other skills to support you in building a healthier and more vibrant life. What treatment methods and tools do you utilize? I am passionate about Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, trauma-informed, and many other therapy modalities. I know everyone has a unique way of thinking, learning and needs in their life. It is important to adjust your needs to best fit you. I pull from many different therapy types to find the best individualized treatment for your needs. Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths. My approach to therapy is to use a strength based perspective, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and create an unapologetic space for you to be open with yourself. I want you to not feel the need to sugar coat anything in sessions because I truly believe transparency will open your full potential to self-discovery and personal growth.
